- Yes, all transactions are managed and protected by PayPal.
- How will the products be delivered to me and how long will it take?
- Products should arrive at your US address via USPS within 2-4 weeks. If you live in or around area code 60201 e-mail me and we can arrange a pick up to save money. If you are not using a US address please additionally select the International Shipping button; this will add $2 to your order to cover for the additional shipping charge.
- What kind of guarantees come with the product?
- If I make a mistake, I will make sure you get what you wanted. However, if you order the wrong size or you do not want it anymore I cannot help you. sorry!
- What kind of customer service is available?
- I am available via e-mail (
) to answer any questions. - What happens if the goods are damaged or of low quality?
- I inspect, hand package, and often handmake everything that I send out to insure that you get an awesome ex-bones product. If USPS screws up and the product is unusable please e-mail me and we'll work something out, however please note that t-shirts don't get damaged in the mail.
